These funds are held only for a brief period of time, after which the agency that has been deemed responsible for them may seize them through a process called escheatment. We don't think this is fair to you and BWG Asset Recovery LLC can help to be sure they are returned to their rightful owner, YOU!

How can you help me?

We have the experience and expertise to find these funds and navigate through the claims process. It is unlikely that you would be able to locate these funds on your own. The government does not, in most cases, inform the rightful owner of their existence.

What is your recovery process?

We audit governmental agencies to find these funds. Once found, we search the internet to locate the rightful owner and reunite them with their monies.

How long does the process take?

Is there a fee?
